The sale of items prohibited by laws or severely regulated are not allowed at Tradera.

Why do we have this rule?

Selling items affected by this rule is either prohibited or regulated by law. We have these rules to help you as a user avoid breaking Swedish laws. 


Prohibited

Business related

  • Stocks, bonds or shares in companies or real estate, including, but not limited to, corporations or holding companies
  • Offers to invest in business ventures
  • Multi-level marketing (MLM), Ponzi schemes, matrix organizations or similar sales methods
  • The sale of company shares, debts or bond loans.
  • Crypto currency such as Bitcoins, Litecoins or Dogecoins

Allowed with restrictions

Business related

  • Old stocks or stock letters with collectors value provided that they are either no longer valid or for a company no longer in existence.
  • Websites and domains 
  • Franchises

  • Empty alcohol canisters if it's readily apparent that the canister is empty and pictures where this can be verified.
  • Cigarette cartons, snuff boxes and cigarr containers if they are empty

Vehicles and certificates pertaining to vehicle parts

  • License plate for collectors (license plates that are no longer valid)
  • Certificates or permits for vehicle parts is only allowed to be sold with the vehicle part it's related to
  • When selling a vehicle part it must be stated if the vehicle will still be legal to drive after installing the part under the Swedish laws and regulations for vehicles
  • The seller must specify which documentation such as certificates is included in the sale.
  • The add can not be written in a way that implies that the vehicle is legal to drive without inspection after installing the part.
